Service Description

A history of your health will be discussed in depth to gain a better understanding of your condition. It will be important for us to know what medication you are currently taking. A member of the team will visit your home to support you with following instructions, with procedures or juicing. We will then put together a plan of the next step and look to review your improvements a few weeks later.
